John has opened his studio in Formby to welcome portrait and artwork commisions from the local community and beyond. Rated as an "outstanding" teacher, John Howard specialised in working with children with social, emotional & behavioural difficulties (pupils' results placed his school in the top 100 performing schools in the UK!)
After nearly a decade of successful work, he focused on helping children diagnosed with autism before sacrificing his career to persue his dream of establishing a photography business.
Moving between London and other parts of the UK, John Howard worked in the finiancial sector and, in the signage industry, he consulted with corporations in order to protect their brand identity and optimise traffic flow in busy, complex environments.
His clients included local councils in addition to large blue-chip entities such as GSK, Barclays and Ernst & Young.
